Austin has an unusually low tolerance for a process that could have been a form. People here expect to price a thing, see the number, and decide — and junk removal has been one of the last local services that still insisted on a phone call and an in-person estimate before it would tell you anything.

Yes. Pricing runs off photos against a published per-item catalog, so there is no estimate to negotiate and no reason for a call. The traditional model prices on judgement — you describe a pile, someone gives you a range, and a crew produces the real number in your living room. Photo quoting removes the judgement step, which is what makes the number hold.

A sofa is $126, a mattress and box spring $143, a refrigerator $164. Truck tiers are $241 for a quarter load, $431 a half, $587 three-quarters and $732 for a full 16-cubic-yard truck, with a $75 minimum.
Usually, yes. The booking screen shows real open slots and same-day is often one of them if you're quoting in the morning. The whole path from photo to confirmed slot happens on one screen. Later in the day you're generally looking at a next-morning window instead.
Ask any hauler about stairs, long carries, disposal and fuel — that's where surcharges hide. Ours is flat: no stair or per-flight charge, no fuel surcharge, no separate disposal line, and a $75 minimum stated before you book. The quoted number only moves if the job is genuinely different from the photos, and you approve any change first.
